Responsibilities
As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and utilize various modalities to promote healing.
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and strength.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina.
- Experience: Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
