Job Requirements

We’re looking for a highly motivated and curious Director, Enterprise Sales! This is a key role on our team to develop new opportunities in our growing West Coast market.

Responsibilities

● Identify and close (full sales cycle responsibility) new logo opportunities

● Utilizing a solutions-based sales process. Be prepared to uncover business pains, articulate ROI and deliver customized product demonstrations to help prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital evolution and e-commerce style of candidate engagement.

● Identify, build and nurture strategic executive level relationships in Enterprise organizations

Work Experience

● 5+ years-experience in SaaS sales roles

● Experience developing new business customers

● Industry experience selling an HR/TA solution strongly preferred

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Self-motivated, driven and results oriented

● High energy

● Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment

● Working knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
