As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive brand strategy, strengthen market positioning, and lead initiatives that increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
  • Manage annual brand plans, budgets, and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead new product development and launch activities.
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to drive market share and profitability.

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

-5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Product Management, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.

-Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market trends.

-Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

-Experience managing product launches and brand portfolios.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

-Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain.

-Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

-Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset.

-Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
