Location: Brea, CA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Vaco is partnering with a client in Brea to find a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk for a temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity to bring your AR expertise to a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•

Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

•

Verify, classify, and record accounts receivable data

•

Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

•

Reconcile the AR ledger to ensure accurate posting of payments

•

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues

•

Send invoice reminders and contact clients regarding payments

•

Generate reports and financial statements detailing AR status

•

Maintain customer records and support documentation

•

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

•

2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting

•

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

•

Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

•

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

•

Solid understanding of AR processes and general accounting principles

•

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software

•

Strong communication and customer service skills

•

Intermediate to advanced 10-key and data entry abilities

•

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
