Job description

Data & Analytics is a key enabler of HK Retirement’s growth, member engagement, and enterprise value creation. This role leads the end-to-end delivery of data solutions and analytics, bridging data across enterprise functions to generate actionable insights, drive opportunities, and support strategic initiatives including data platform transformation.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and optimisation of scalable data assets (data marts, pipelines, and models) ensuring quality, governance, and usability
  • Drive integration and utilisation of data across enterprise functions to enable holistic member analytics and opportunity identification
  • Translate business priorities into actionable analytics use cases with measurable impact
  • Deliver advanced analytics and insights (e.g. segmentation, propensity, engagement drivers) to support member penetration and sales opportunities
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to define roadmap, KPIs, and ensure adoption of data-driven decision making
  • Develop storytelling materials to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
  • Lead and coach junior team members, driving capability uplift and delivery excellence
  • Support data platform migration initiatives, ensuring alignment of business requirements
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis and extraction within short turnaround time

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence and data visualization
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/PySpark, Azure Databricks, ETL and cloud data platforms
  • Experience in Power BI and end-to-end analytics delivery
  • Proven ability to translate data into commercial outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently under pressure and tight timeline
  • Good understanding of data governance and quality principles
  • Experience in MPF, insurance, and customer analytics is highly preferred
