Cloud Power Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Squad Lead to join a leading financial institution based in Luxembourg. You will play a key role in driving the delivery of strategic digital initiatives within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Your Mission

You will lead a cross-functional agile squad responsible for designing, building, and delivering high-quality digital solutions supporting core financial services. You will ensure strong alignment between business needs, technical execution, and long-term architectural vision while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a squad of engineers, analysts, and testers in an Agile/Scrum environment Define and drive the delivery roadmap in alignment with product and business stakeholders Ensure end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions Act as the main bridge between business, architecture, and development teams Promote engineering best practices (clean code, CI/CD, testing, DevOps culture) Manage priorities, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders Coach and mentor team members to support growth and performance

Your Profile

Proven experience as a Squad Lead / Tech Lead / Engineering Manager in a financial or regulated environment Strong background in software development (Java, .NET, or modern web technologies) Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery lifecycle Experience working with distributed systems and enterprise architectures Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance technical leadership with delivery focus Fluency in English
