Job description

Do you enjoy working in a structured way? Have you previously worked in Logistics/warehouse management and would like to work in a Nordic role?

Air Liquide is now looking for a solution oriented and positive Stock & Transport Coordinator to be based in Mullsjö. This is an exciting role where you will be a vital part of the Nordic Supply Chain team. The team consists of 30 people located all over the Nordic countries and together you coordinate both internal transport and transport to our customers. More specifically you will participate in daily planning and management of production, manage sourcing from other sites/external suppliers and optimise deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will also ensure data quality in SAP, create weekly KPI reports and take on documenting and administering a wide range of cases (delivery/transport documents, claim investigations etc) in an efficient way.

As Stock and Transport Coordinator you are a proactive “doer” who enjoys many points of contacts and confidently picks up the phone to follow-up on initiatives.

Other Tasks

  • Coordinate distributors’ and customers’ stock in collaboration with the Nordic SC organisation.
  • Issue toll and shipping documents.
  • Track returns of empty cylinders vs. production and filling of cylinders.
  • Asset Management and calculation of stock target at our filling sites and distributors.

Competencies and Profile “Safety first” is Air Liquide’s first priority and it is therefore essential these are your lead words too. As a person you are structured, analytical and have an ability to handle big amount of data without losing focus. To take initiative and work autonomously comes natural for you and you are a goal oriented person who makes sure to follow-up and continuously improve your work methods.

As Stock & Transport Coordinator you have many points of contact and therefore it is important that you are good at creating and maintaining stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. You excel at this because you are a true team player and have a transparent communication style.

In order to apply for this role you have education in Logistics/Warehouse Management or experience from a similar position. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have a good work proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked in SAP, Google suite and Excel. You have a valid driver's license.

Additional information This role is based at our filling station in Mullsjö but you have tasks and responsibilities covering the Nordics, so therefore you can expect some traveling to our other sites in the Nordic countries.

If you have any questions about the role, please contact Stock and Transport Manager SE, FI and NO Glenn Lindgren on glenn.lindgren@airliquide.com or +46 70 51 16 940.

Ready for your next challenge? Apply via the link no later than 19th of February.
