Job description

Key for success in this position is to be experienced in complex Supply Chain processes. You have sales/demand planning experience and are used to work with Logility and/or REX. You are an active and visible professional that has a successful experience from a similar position in a sales organization within a large and international organization. You have a University Degree or equivalent that is useful in this position and you have a very good command of English. Eastern European or Nordic languages is a benefit.

The Sales organization of Region 2 within Husqvarna Group is strengthening its organization in Scandinavia with this international position as Demand/Sales Planning & Logistics Coordinator.

You will play an important role that is in focus. This position is expected to visibly contribute to the improvement and development of the supply chain within the sales organization.

The role primarily involves

  • Coordination, supporting and monitoring of Sales Plans/Sales Planners for Scandinavian countries as baseline for net demands towards central warehouse Ulm and factories for direct deliveries: o Annual Planning cycle o Regular Sales Plan updates o Short and long-term planning
  • Inventory Management and communication with the warehouse provider/logistics department in Torsvik, Sweden: o Overstock o Shortage management

You will also support the sales companies with campaign management and order tracking. This position requires travelling appr. 25-30 days/year (in Region 2 and to Gardena’s headquarter in Ulm).

You will be a part of the Region 2 Sales organisation and based in Huskvarna. You will report directly to Sales director Region 2, Kees van Opdorp, located in Almere.
