Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support end-to-end claims administration processes in accordance with service standards and compliance requirements
Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims, documentation, payments, and schedules
Maintain high-quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders, including injured employees and clients
Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, and mail) and ensure timely action and resolution
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across claims systems and records
Monitor adherence to legislative requirements, policies, and internal procedures
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support reporting and administrative functions as required
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery
Skills and Experience
Core Skills
Strong understanding of administrative processes within a regulated or compliance-driven environment
Knowledge of workers’ compensation or insurance/claims processes (preferred)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Customer service mindset with a focus on quality and responsiveness
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and process improvements
Proficiency in basic computer systems and office tools
Experience
Experience in claims administration, data entry, or customer service roles is advantageous
Exposure to insurance, self-insurance, or workers’ compensation environments is preferred but not essential
