JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Organization & Time Management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
- Ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and daily work sheets; proactively seek clarification to ensure successful event execution.
Professionalism & Accountability
- Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Accepts responsibility for actions, follows through on commitments, and maintains high-quality work standards.
Customer Service
- Provides excellent customer service with a positive, patient, and professional approach.
- Identifies customer needs and responds appropriately, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Supports customer satisfaction by recommending services or solutions that meet organizational and client needs.
Communication
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and effectively with customers, leadership, coworkers, and support teams.
- Adapts communication style to meet the needs of diverse audiences and situations.
- Collaborates effectively across departments to ensure successful event execution and outstanding customer service.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to push, pull, load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies throughout a large service area.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
