Responsibilities The Opportunity This role will lead the Transporation E2E Enablement & Performance ce as part of S&T Organization acting in the enablement and supporting of E2E integrated control tower platform acting as a SME in the projects and working with Service Delivery team in the continuous improvement agenda. This role will be responsible for the global roll out of the TCT (Transportation Control Tower) in 17 countries and integration with another areas. Your Impact As S&T Global Transportation Service Director your scope would consist of: Support Transporation Control Tower as Liasion at Mexico Capability Center (MCC). Implement and Sustain the Transportation Operating Model (TOM) leveraging the “Mandala” metholodogy. Perform fit and transportation assessment on going commit the deliverables in AOP. Establish an agenda of external benchmarks and trends, specially with tech vendors and companies who you use our systems. Map Transportation Data and Analytics flows. Manager overall Performance Management of transportation control tower main KPIs defined the by TOM (Transportation Operating Model). Monitor OU Productivity and AOP adherence. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience in transportation management, control tower implementation, people management and digital transformation projects. Experience in Control Tower implementations, with interface with technical teams and vendors. Minimum 15 years experience in Supply Chain, ideally in warehousing and transportation. Experience in project management and transformational programs, with PMO Skills. Strategic transformation mindset, considering process, people and technology.Communication, presentation and relationship management experience.
