Responsibilities Supply Chain Finance Associate Analyst Opportunity in Mexico City! The Opportunity The Supply Chain Finance Associate Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities across Procurement Finance and commodity spend. This role partners closely with Finance and Global Procurement teams to deliver meaningful financial insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making. The position is responsible for analyzing commodity costs, purchase price variances, and productivity initiatives while helping ensure accurate forecasts and financial visibility. This role is ideal for an early-career finance professional with strong analytical skills, business curiosity, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. What You'll Do Support period-end close activities and forecasting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Leverage P&L knowledge to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions. Partner with Finance leadership on activities related to commodity spend planning and performance management. Analyze NCI and commodity spend performance against Plan and Forecast, identifying risks and opportunities. Provide financial analysis on commodity unit costs, volumes, and contingent liabilities. Develop and maintain financial models, reporting tools, and dashboards that improve business visibility and efficiency. Monitor and track purchase price variances and ensure appropriate financial controls. Lead performance analysis and reporting for productivity initiatives. Collaborate with Global Procurement and Finance teams on cross-functional and ad-hoc projects. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and continuous improvement environment. Qualifications What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, Cost Finance, or analytical finance roles. Foundational understanding of financial statements and P&L drivers. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SAP, or similar reporting tools is a plus. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate actionable recommendations. Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and learning agility. Advanced English proficiency.
