As an Advisory - Deals - CMAS - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex capital markets and accounting advisory services. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your strategic vision and professional skills to deliver impactful solutions that address client needs and drive project success. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
-Lead and deliver complex accounting advisory engagements by reviewing/drafting technical accounting memorandums, reports, and presentations, and advising clients on accounting aspects of transactions such as IPOs, debt/equity offerings, M&A, restructurings, and GAAP conversions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of engagements including project planning, budgeting, execution, risk management, and quality control, while coordinating cross-functional PwC teams globally and collaborating with senior client stakeholders and advisors.
- Drive team and client success by leading discussions on complex accounting issues, coaching and mentoring teams, upholding professional and ethical standards, and applying strong problem-solving skills with intellectual agility.
- Leading capital markets transactions and providing strategic advisory services to clients
- Developing and implementing financial accounting models to support complex transactions
- Utilizing Alteryx and other automation platforms to streamline financial reporting processes
- Conducting IFRS conversions and GAAP financial reporting to align with regulatory standards
- Engaging in capital market activities and advising on financial structuring and modeling
- Collaborating with teams to deliver comprehensive transaction advisory services
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex financial challenges and drive client success
- Validating the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports
- Facilitating communication and feedback loops to enhance client relationships and project outcomes
- Promoting learning agility and creativity in developing innovative solutions for clients
What You Must Have
-Must possess an CA, ACCA or MBA Qualification (or an international equivalent).
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Strong technical accounting expertise across IFRS (15, 16, 3, 5, 9, 10) with the ability to prepare and review high-quality technical memos/reports, advise on complex transactions (M&A, restructuring, GAAP conversions), and leverage technology, AI, and data analytics tools for accounting insights.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with a structured, agile approach, enabling effective client advisory on practical business issues, cross-border accounting (including US GAAP), and technology-driven solutions.
- Proven leadership and communication capabilities, including stakeholder discussions on complex accounting topics, project and time management across transformational engagements, coaching and mentoring teams, and upholding strong professional, ethical, and independence standards.
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Coursework and/or a concentration in valuation methods, Other fields of study that provide a solid foundation for understanding how manufacturing and production facilities create products may be considered
- Demonstrating proficiency in Alteryx for automation and data analysis
- Excelling in capital markets transactions and financial structuring
- Utilizing IFRS conversions and GAAP financial reporting skills
