As a Finance Support- Associate, you will be instrumental in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. As an Associate, you will engage in a fast-paced environment, adapting to various clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. You will take ownership of your development, consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will apply a learning mindset, appreciate diverse perspectives, and adopt habits to sustain performance. Responsibilities
- Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance
- Managing financial records and confirming compliance with accounting standards
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes
- Engaging in risk management activities to identify and mitigate financial risks
- Utilizing accounting and financial reporting standards to maintain accuracy in financial transactions
- Supporting stakeholder management by providing insights and recommendations based on financial data
- Participating in account reconciliation and general ledger maintenance to validate data integrity
- Applying intellectual curiosity to gather information and analyze facts for pattern recognition
- Adopting habits to sustain performance and contribute to team success in a fast-paced environment
What You Must Have
· B. Com with CA Inter is mandatory
· Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and MS Office – Mandatory
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
- Utilizing skills in Financial Statement Analysis and Preparation
- Engaging in Account Reconciliation and General Ledger Maintenance
- Applying knowledge of Financial Budgeting and Forecasting
- Excelling in Stakeholder Management and Communication
