As a Facilities and Admin Associate, you will focus on creating and maintaining efficient operations of physical workspaces, including maintenance, security, and space planning. You will play a crucial role in fostering a comfortable and productive environment for employees and clients. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will contribute to optimizing property portfolios and maximizing returns through strategic advice and solutions in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities
- Managing the efficient operation and maintenance of physical workspaces to support a productive environment
- Coordinating space planning and occupancy management to optimize office layouts and utilization
- Implementing security measures and maintaining safety protocols to protect employees and assets
- Overseeing corrective and preventive maintenance activities to validate facility reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project coordination and delivery
- Utilizing AutoCAD and other drawing software for architectural management and space design
- Administering vendor management systems and coordinating vendor payments for facility services
- Supporting emergency response system maintenance and life safety code compliance
- Handling lease agreements and property management compliance to maintain legal standards
- Facilitating stakeholder communications and engagement to align on facility needs and improvements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
