What we do
No matter if you’re the biggest sports fanatic, have a ‘minor’ shoe addiction, or simply own one trusted pair of sneakers, you know that finding the “perfect” shoe can be surprisingly challenging. At SafeSize, we make that choice simple and precise. We help people in over 70 countries around the world find the perfect fitting shoes, every single time. Using advanced 3D foot scanning technology and the world’s largest database of 3D-scanned shoes, we enable better footwear choices. We also design and manufacture customized footwear products that enhance comfort, boost performance and promote sustainability.
Our mission is to empower people to do what they love – whether it’s running a marathon, dancing all night or simply going for a stroll in the park – with maximum comfort and confidence. As an employer, we live by the same philosophy. We foster a supportive, hands-on environment where people can learn, grow, and take ownership, while contributing to meaningful, technology-driven innovation.
The fit we hope to find
At SafeSize, Account Management is a critical driver of client retention, revenue growth, and product adoption. As an Account Manager, you will own the end-to-end, post-sales relationship for a portfolio of global footwear retail clients - ensuring successful implementation, strong adoption, measurable value delivery, and long-term commercial success.
This is a high-accountability, execution-oriented role. You will act as the primary partner and point of contact for your clients and the internal owner of their success - coordinating delivery, managing commercial obligations, resolving issues and driving adoption, retention and growth. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Logistics, Operations and Finance to ensure our solutions are delivered, activated, and embedded successfully into clients’ retail operations.
What you’ll do
•
Project Management, Implementation & Delivery
•
Own the post-sales client relationship and end-to-end delivery of key client initiatives, from scoping and briefing through implementation, activation, and optimization;
•
Translate client needs and commercial agreements into clear, structured project briefs for Product, Technology, Logistics and Operations teams;
•
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, budget and dependencies;
•
Prioritize client requests and initiatives in collaboration with Product and Tech, balancing client impact, feasibility, and business value;
•
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
•
Track delivery progress, milestones, and risks, proactively resolving issues before they impact outcomes; and
•
Maintain clear documentation of project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
•
Adoption, Enablement & Ongoing Success
•
Lead post-sales client onboarding, rollouts, and multi-store implementations across regions;
•
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and operational workshops (remote and on-site); and
•
Troubleshoot basic operational and technical issues, managing resolution end to end and in close collaboration with Tech Support.
•
Commercial Oversight, Retention & Renewals
•
Own the commercial health of assigned accounts throughout the post-sales lifecycle, including:
•
Contract management and renewals
•
Invoicing follow-up and revenue tracking
•
Forecasting and account performance reporting
•
Ensure delivered scope, contractual commitments, and client expectations remain aligned; and
•
Identify organic growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, expansions) and partner with Sales on growth discussions and commercial planning where relevant.
•
Data & Reporting
•
Track and analyze product usage, performance, and success KPIs across accounts;
•
Use data to identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities;
•
Prepare and deliver performance reports and organize regular business reviews; and
•
Support clients in leveraging SafeSize data and insights to drive measurable retail performance improvements.
