At SOMFY, professional installers are at the heart of our business. They are the experts who bring our solutions to life every day- installing, configuring, and recommending smart home, shading, access, and automation solutions to end customers.

To further strengthen this strategic channel across the region, we are looking for an experienced commercial leader to join our Eastern Europe team as Channel Leader Installers Eastern Europe.

Reporting directly to a Regional Board Member, this role will lead the deployment of our regional Installers Channel strategy across Eastern Europe, ensuring strong alignment between Group direction and local market execution.

While there are no direct reports, success in this position relies on strong leadership through influence, working closely with Sales Managers and commercial teams across the region to drive alignment, share best practices, and deliver consistent commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Deployment

Commercial Performance

  • Monitor sales performance and channel KPIs across markets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
  • Identify business opportunities and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Participate in business reviews and support performance improvement initiatives.

Forecasting & Planning

  • Coordinate channel forecasting and budget preparation across the region.
  • Contribute to defining commercial targets related to turnover, profitability, margins, and volumes.
  • Ensure reliable forecasting and demand planning processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to align commercial ambitions with operational capabilities.

Sales Excellence & Operational Leadership

  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies, tools, and commercial frameworks.
  • Support effective use of CRM, reporting standards, and forecasting routines.
  • Act as a key operational partner for local Sales Managers.
  • Facilitate best-practice sharing and alignment across markets.
  • Support deployment of new processes and commercial initiatives.

Capability Building

  • Support training and development initiatives for sales teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement and sales excellence across the region.
  • Identify capability gaps and development priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, and other regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial priorities and customer programs.
  • Represent market and channel needs within regional and Group discussions.

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Management, Channel Management or related commercial roles.
  • Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English required; additional Eastern European languages are a strong advantage.
