[CMI] AI Solutions Delivery Manager

Project – the aim you’ll have

As an AI Solutions Delivery Manager, you will work closely with our clients to manage the delivery of AI projects by coordinating the work of AI Engineers and overseeing project management activities. You will be responsible for leading a team and managing agile processes to deliver high-quality outcomes for fixed-scope AI projects.

Position – how you’ll contribute

- Managing AI projects and ensuring timely delivery
- Monitoring fixed project scope and maintaining effective client communication
- Managing monthly settlements with clients and team members
- Building and maintaining a healthy team culture through coaching, facilitation, and protecting the team from distractions
- Overseeing project resource allocation
- Defining and measuring metrics to track team progress, goals, and areas for improvement
- Working effectively across multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional context-switching skills
- Helping with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handling contracts and clauses that form the basis of cooperation with clients

Expectations – the experience you need

- 2+ years of experience in a similar managerial position
- Experience leading agile teams delivering AI-based fixed-price projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with project planning activities such as T-shirt sizing, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and defining acceptance criteria
- Commercial experience in managing, influencing, and measuring team performance in a global, multinational environment
- Experience monitoring and ensuring project margins and profitability
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and switch contexts effectively
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish
