Location: Diriyah, Riyadh – KSA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and cost management of high-end fit-out projects in Diriyah. The role requires strong expertise in finishing works BOQs, material take-offs, and cost control within luxury interior environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQ breakdowns for fit-out and finishing works.
  • Develop and review BOQs with strong focus on interior finishing packages.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and material systems to identify required scope and materials.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to prepare accurate material listings.
  • Evaluate variations, scope changes, and assess commercial impacts.
  • Measure completed works for interim payments, valuations, and claims.
  • Prepare cost reports, budgets, and progress financial tracking.
  • Support commercial control throughout project lifecycle to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Strong background in interior fit-out / finishing works, preferably high-end or luxury projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings/specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills for variations, cost control, and reporting.
  • Experience working with project teams on fast-paced construction/fit-out projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Professional certification (MRICS, RICS, or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, measurement standards, and cost control principles.
  • Proficiency in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and interim valuations.
  • Familiarity with fit-out materials, interior systems, and finishing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and cost management / QS software is preferred.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic.

 

The candidate should be residing in KSA and has a valid iqama.
