Job Description:
The Growth Marketing Manager will drive growth strategy and execution within our Equity business unit. This role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on tactical execution to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and expansion throughout the complete customer lifecycle. Stakeholder management and communication are key.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, customer success, partner marketing, digital marketing, and operations teams to build and execute omni-channel campaigns in alignment with our business objectives. Your success will be measured by achieving aggressive YoY growth targets through marketing-attributed pipeline and bookings, conversion rate optimization, and accelerated product adoption.
As a growth marketing expert for our equity management solution, you'll develop campaigns that resonate with sophisticated finance and HR audiences and enterprise decision-makers while managing integrated marketing programs from concept through measurement.
RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Campaign Development & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns from start to finish, including researching topics, defining strategy, writing content, executing campaigns, and measuring results
- Build integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, content, webinars, digital, social, in-person events) that drive sales-qualified pipeline and revenue growth
- Design and execute customer nurture programs and upsell/cross-sell initiatives that increase engagement and customer lifetime value
- Manage third-party activities (webinars, content syndication, vendor partnerships) and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to maximize ROI
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics including MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, and conversion rates
- Analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on quarterly and annual goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impact
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and iterate based on data-driven insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with partner and digital marketing to drive top of funnel awareness and execute integrated campaigns across channels, ensuring digital paid media, email, content, and partner activities work together as cohesive customer journeys Partner with Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Customer Success on account prioritization, engagement tracking, pipeline handoff, and expansion opportunity identification.
- Work closely with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Contribute insights and performance data to daily conversations about how to best execute and measure activities as well as recommending priorities, channel mix adjustments and new growth opportunities
Program Management
- Ensure all activities are completed on time and meet quality expectations, including webinars, email campaigns, nurture streams, and content development
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure marketing programs run smoothly
- Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and stakeholder communications

QUALIFICATIONS: ARE YOU A FIT?
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- 4-6 years of growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise software
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience using web analytics and BI tools to build and maintain performance reporting
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution, with experience executing campaigns across multiple funnel stages
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impact
- Full-funnel marketing experience managing customer lifecycle from awareness through expansion
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects in their entirety
- Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e., Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, Gong, Clay, Claude, On24, Power BI, etc.) and marketing automation—ideally Pardot—experience is a significant plus
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation; architecting and deploying agentic marketers a significant advantage
- Domain knowledge in financial software, equity compensation, cap table management, stock administration, or HR/finance technology
- Experience marketing to enterprise solutions in complex, regulated industries and competitive landscapes that require strategic positioning and differentiation
- Experience working with PE-backed companies or in high-growth SaaS environments with lean, matrixed teams
- Experience with webinar programming and vendor partnership management

The salary range in United States of America for this position is 65,000.00 to 81,000.00 USD Annual.
Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
