Job Description

Parsons is seeking a skilled Reporting Specialist to join our team in Tabuk. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on complex project metrics, KPIs, and progress data. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to translate raw data into actionable insights, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely project delivery updates.

What You'll Be Doing

•

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and clients.

•

Gather, analyze, and integrate data from various project sectors (cost, schedule, risk, and quality) to identify trends and potential variances.

•

Streamline data collection processes and implement reporting best practices to ensure data integrity and consistency.

•

Provide analytical support to project teams, helping to interpret data anomalies and forecast project outcomes.

•

Ensure all reporting deliverables comply with company standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

•

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

•

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project reporting, data analysis, or project controls, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.

•

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), advanced Excel, and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6 analytics).

•

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Arabic language skills are a plus.
