Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Intern to support Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Regulatory Compliance. This internship provides hands-on experience and learning opportunities in invoice processing, collections tracking, vendor payments, and basic finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
AR Support: Assist in preparing invoices, tracking collections, applying payments, and updating monitoring files
AP Support: Assist in processing payments, preparing payment advice and BIR Form 2307, and maintaining AP records
Regulatory & Compliance: Support basic compliance tasks and help organize documents for audits and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related course
- Open to undergraduate students completing internship/OJT requirements
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (preferred but not required)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team
