🔧 What Your Day Would Look Like

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll spend your time doing meaningful, hands-on work:

• Diagnosing and fixing heating and cooling system issues

• Completing routine maintenance to keep systems running efficiently

• Installing and repairing HVAC equipment and components

• Handling service calls and emergency repairs in the Beckley area

• Helping customers understand what’s going on with their systems

• Making sure everything you work on meets safety and EPA standards

🧰 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who

• Has at least 3+ years of HVAC service experience

• Holds a West Virginia HVAC license and Tech 1 card

• Can troubleshoot issues confidently in the field

• Communicates well with customers and takes pride in their work

• Has a valid driver’s license and clean record

• Can pass a background check and drug screen

• Bonus if you have boiler or oil furnace experience

The compensation for this position is expected to be a base range of $75,000 - $110,000 per year . This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
