🔧 What Your Day Would Look Like

As a Residential HVAC Installer , you’ll play a key role in delivering quality heating and cooling solutions to homeowners by:

• Installing new residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications
• Replacing and upgrading existing HVAC systems when needed
• Inspecting HVAC equipment and identifying repair or replacement needs
• Performing routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently
• Diagnosing installation-related issues and troubleshooting system performance
• Communicating with homeowners about system recommendations and installation plans
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Following all safety protocols, EPA guidelines, and industry regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs, and service work performed

🧰 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Holds a West Virginia HVAC License and Tech 2 Card (Residential work required)
• Has strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in the field
• Understands HVAC/R systems, refrigeration principles, and residential installation best practices
• Can read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation schematics
• Is comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
• Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Can pass a background check and drug screening
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service

💰 What You’ll Get

The compensation for this position is expected to be a range of $24.00 – $26.00 per hour . This is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
