• Design and deliver challenging data science projects within interdisciplinary teams
• Contribute to the development of analytical concepts and data-driven solutions that create measurable business value
• Extract, transform, and analyze relevant data from client datasets to address complex business challenges
• Develop and implement data science solutions in close collaboration with experienced Data Scientists
• Create innovative solutions using advanced methods in statistics, machine learning, mathematical optimization, and visual analytics
• Document, present, and communicate insights and project outcomes to clients and stakeholders

Dein Profil Data is also in your DNA ? You should bring the following:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus
• 1 - 2 years of full-time professional experience in Business Analytics and/or Data Science, ideally within a consulting environment
• Strong proficiency in English and Croatian, both written and spoken
• Solid knowledge of common data science and analytics tools, particularly Python and relevant libraries, as well as databases and big data technologies
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a strong understanding of data modeling, data analysis, and fundamental software engineering principles
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, including both traditional and agile approaches
• Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for working in project-based environments
