Crew and Information Controller

The Crew and Information Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of rail services. The role combines responsibility for the real‑time allocation of drivers and train crew to shuttle services with the accurate management and communication of operational information.

Working within the Railway Control Centre (RCC), you will supports service delivery by optimising resources, adapting plans during unexpected events, and ensuring timely, accurate information is communicated to internal teams and external partners in both the UK and France.
