About the role
Join us in a newly created Business Marketing Manager role, where you’ll shape the future of marketing at Bluecurrent.
Collaborate with teams across NZ and AU, delivering strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth, generate demand, contribute to commercial success, and enable better customer outcomes.
What success looks like in this role:
- Marketing is clearly aligned to business priorities, with strong partnerships across all teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer, to support growth.
- Go-to-market plans are well defined and executed, driving demand and meaningful customer engagement.
- Sales teams feel confident and equipped, with clear messaging, tools, and content that support the buying process.
- Complex products and ideas are translated into simple, compelling, customer-focused messaging.
- Marketing plays a visible role in commercial outcomes, supporting revenue growth and key business initiatives.
- Performance is measured and understood, with insights used to continuously improve impact and effectiveness.
- You actively identify new ways to improve how marketing works—testing, learning, and evolving capability over time.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines strong marketing expertise with commercial thinking and a collaborative approach. You will ideally bring:
- Strong B2B marketing experience across the full buying journey.
- Experience developing and delivering go-to-market and growth-focused strategies.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to drive alignment, influence decision making and achieve outcomes.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue and business results.
- A proactive approach, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, delivery and continuous improvement.
