Job description

We’re looking for an experienced and well-connected Office Manager to help establish and support our new office in Cyprus.

This is a varied, hands-on role, especially in the early stages, and would suit someone who knows the local landscape inside out—how things work, who to speak to, and where to go to get things done. We’re ideally looking for an expat who has been living in Cyprus for some time and is well integrated into the local community.

About the Role As our on-the-ground support, you’ll play a key role in helping us get set up and running smoothly. Responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the initial office setup

Sourcing and managing local suppliers and services

Handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

Acting as our go-to person for anything Cyprus-related

Supporting the wider team with general coordination

What We’re Looking For

Strong local knowledge of Cyprus (essential)

Previous experience in office management, administration, or similar roles

A proactive, resourceful, and reliable approach

Confident dealing with suppliers and handling local logistics

Excellent organizational and communication skills

We think this role could be a great fit for someone with experience in the UK who is now settled in Cyprus.

Working Hours & Flexibility

Full-time preferred

UK working hours (approximately 11:00am – 7:00pm), with some flexibility

Salary

€1,200 – €1,800 per month depending on experience

Open to discussion based on suitability
