Job description
- Prepare and hand over new apartments prior to their launch and operation.
- Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, and air-conditioning works.
- Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of electrical appliances and essential installations.
- Assemble, move, and install furniture and equipment.
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning teams, technicians, and external contractors.
- Manage and monitor maintenance requests in collaboration with the Guest Relations team, providing prompt solutions when required.
- Provide apartment access to guests, property owners, utility providers, and other external partners.
- Facilitate apartment viewings and presentations for prospective clients and third parties.
- Monitor inventory, tools, and warehouse equipment, while managing orders and deliveries.
- Input and update information in the company's internal systems.
- Source, evaluate, and manage local suppliers and external contractors.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality and guest experience across all properties.
- Previous experience in property maintenance, technical work, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
- Practical and organized approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Team player with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
- Experience with inventory management or stock control systems will be considered an advantage.
