Job description

  • Prepare and hand over new apartments prior to their launch and operation.
  • Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, and air-conditioning works.
  • Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of electrical appliances and essential installations.
  • Assemble, move, and install furniture and equipment.
  • Coordinate and supervise cleaning teams, technicians, and external contractors.
  • Manage and monitor maintenance requests in collaboration with the Guest Relations team, providing prompt solutions when required.
  • Provide apartment access to guests, property owners, utility providers, and other external partners.
  • Facilitate apartment viewings and presentations for prospective clients and third parties.
  • Monitor inventory, tools, and warehouse equipment, while managing orders and deliveries.
  • Input and update information in the company's internal systems.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage local suppliers and external contractors.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality and guest experience across all properties.
  • Previous experience in property maintenance, technical work, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
  • Practical and organized approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Team player with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with inventory management or stock control systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license.
