You will be part of the Digital Workplace team, supporting organizations in designing and implementing modern workplace and collaboration solutions using Microsoft technologies.
The Digital Workplace Associate Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and user experience. The role bridges business and technology to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define and apply governance and best practices across collaboration tools.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Support pre-sales, sales, and delivery teams in solutioning and implementation.
- Evaluate new Microsoft technologies to improve workplace experience.
What we need to see from you
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions, including implementation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of identity, security, and endpoint management principles.
- Skilled in designing scalable, intuitive, and user-centric workplace solutions.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise and global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, scope, and high customer satisfaction, with active contribution to solutioning and delivery excellence.
