Job Duties and Responsibilities

As the HR Operations Supervisor at DISH, you will lead a team to enhance the employee experience by elevating HR Operations to new standards of excellence. Your role includes overseeing a team that handles inquiries on DISH guidelines, benefits, leaves, immigration, HRIS, and retirement plans, while providing clear escalation paths and expectations.

You will harmonize HR processes to ensure a consistent experience, collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive process improvements, and resolve complex challenges to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Support for Moments that Matter: Handle employee interactions related to benefits, immigration, and accommodations with care, empathy, and professionalism; every touchpoint will reflect your commitment to enhancing the employee experience
  • Collaborate and Ensure Compliance: Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations; your work will harmonize operations and drive compliance across the organization
  • Lead with Passion: Guide, mentor, and energize a team of HR Operations Associates; your dynamic leadership will empower them to deliver outstanding service, significantly boosting employee satisfaction and driving team success
  • Drive Excellence: Conduct one-on-one check-ins, monthly quality reviews, and performance evaluations to foster team growth and deliver outstanding service; your proactive approach will drive both individual and team success
  • Create a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Develop personalized growth plans and encourage innovation within your team; always seek ways to refine processes and leverage technology to enhance the HR journey for employees
  • Elevate the Employee Experience: Act as a subject matter expert for complex HR inquiries and cases; your guidance will ensure that employees feel heard, respected, and well-supported throughout their HR interactions
  • Foster Seamless Communication: Organize and lead team meetings to keep everyone aligned and informed; continuously refine HR processes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees
  • Innovate with Purpose: Utilize data, process mapping techniques, and employee personas to identify areas for improvement; your innovative solutions will drive efficiency and elevate the overall HR experience

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or a related customer service role, with a proven track record of managing various HR functions and successfully leading and mentoring a team of 5-10 employees
  • Expertise: Demonstrated experience navigating HR systems and processes in a fast-paced environment, coupled with exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year Benefits

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
