Job Description

As an IAM Leader, you are responsible for driving the strategic growth, delivery excellence, and innovation of the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice. This role leads enterprise-scale identity transformation programs, including cloud modernization, platform consolidation, and large-scale IAM implementations across Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management domains. The position requires a strong blend of technical leadership, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on advancing AI-driven identity capabilities and Zero Trust security models.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end IAM transformation programs, including legacy modernization, cloud migration, and greenfield implementations
  • Oversee delivery across key IAM domains
  • Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt)
  • Access Management (Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta)
  • Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
  • Establish governance frameworks, delivery standards, and KPI-driven performance models
  • Provide strategic and architectural leadership across
  • Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle and access certifications
  • SSO, federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC), and adaptive authentication
  • Privileged access controls including credential vaulting, session monitoring, and just-in-time access
  • Cloud IAM and Zero Trust security frameworks
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled identity solutions, including
  • Risk-based authentication and behavioral analytics
  • Identity threat detection and anomaly detection
  • Automated provisioning and access decisioning
  • Lead innovation initiatives leveraging emerging solutions such as Microsoft Entra Verified ID, CyberArk SaaS, and AI copilots
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with IAM vendors including Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint, and Saviynt
  • Collaborate with vendors on joint innovation, early adoption programs, and roadmap alignment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders (CIO/CISO) on IAM strategy, risk, and compliance
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and client strategy discussions
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing IAM practice, including mentoring senior professionals
  • Drive continuous capability uplift in IAM technologies, AI integration, and vendor certifications
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and commercial strategy activities

  • 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale IAM transformation programs
  • Strong expertise across
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Access Management (AM)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Cloud identity platforms
  • Hands-on experience with leading IAM tools
  • SailPoint, Saviynt
  • Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID
  • CyberArk (including SaaS), BeyondTrust
  • Deep understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect
  • Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and identity-centric security models
  • Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud IAM environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in cybersecurity and IAM, including identity analytics and anomaly detection
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as decentralized identity and verifiable credentials
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, and business development
