Your Role

• Lead end-to-end Selective Data Transition (SDT/Bluefield) strategy, scope, and execution for S/4HANA programs
• Drive finance data transformation aligned to S/4HANA (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
• Oversee data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and compliance across migration cycles
• Lead SDT execution using SNP CrystalBridge/Kyano and Capgemini accelerators
• Manage mock conversions, data readiness, and cutover planning to ensure minimal business disruption
• Ensure governance, risk management (RAID), and quality delivery across phases
• Engage with stakeholders (Finance, IT, Program leadership) and support decision-making & pre-sales

Your Profile

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong Finance (FI/CO) expertise
• Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations (2–3 full lifecycle)
• Mandatory experience in SDT / Bluefield transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, audit, and compliance
• Expertise in data migration, transformation rules, mapping, and reconciliation
• Experience with SNP CrystalBridge/Kyano (preferred) or similar toolsStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery capabilities
