Job description

About Monster Energy:

Forget about blending in. That’s not our style. We're the risk-takers, the trailblazers, the game-changers. We’re not perfect, and we don’t pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. But our drive is unrivaled, just like our athletes. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

A Day in the Life:

Drive high-voltage transformation across Vietnam marketing—dialing in elite ops for the brand. Hunt down weak spots, tighten every process, and keep execution razor-sharp and fully transparent. Power up seamless workflows and push for peak performance, with a relentless focus on content creators and influencer-fueled social energy that hits hard, spreads fast, and never backs down.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Drive change management within the Asia Marketing organization by assessing existing marketing processes, identifying areas for improvement in the workflows and development of the implementation roadmap.
  • Work closely with the local market and analyze current local pain points — including how the brand engages audiences— and collaborate with the regional team to identify gaps, and propose improvement strategies, including 360 campaign, creator and social program enhancements, to enhance efficiency and productivity across markets.
  • Ensure transparency across all levels of the organization, at every stage of implementation to ensure compliance towards process optimization that does not disrupt local market deliverables. Ideate and execute Social campaigns & Brand management of the brand in Vietnam.
  • Develop roadmap with clear milestones, and ensuring clear documentation throughout the exercise for consistency, clarity, and accountability across processes, while building the knowledge base within the marketing organization.
  • Define metrics to measure the success of change initiatives and report on progress, proposing adjustments as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Communications, or related field of study.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in strategic planning, budget management, and tracking of marketing performance metrics.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing, and event execution.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: English proficiency is preferred as there will be cross functional collaboration across Asia.
