Job description
- Coordinate logistics for direct procurement of electronic components and raw materials.
- Manage delivery documentation (POs, delivery notes, CMR, customs documents).
- Oversee direct deliveries to production lines and customer destinations, ensuring compliance with ESD and quality standards.
- Plan, schedule and monitor local transport for materials, prototypes, PCB assemblies and urgent shipments.
- Optimize routes and transport capacity to support production requirements.
- Coordinate with transport partners for planned and urgent deliveries.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments (Planning, Production, Quality, Warehouse).
- Monitor supplier and support improvement actions.
- Manage issues related to delays, damages or non‑conformities.
- Track logistics KPIs: transport cost, delivery performance, lead times, claims etc.
- Provide accurate transport updates to production planning.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ESD handling regulations and packaging requirements for electronic components.
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485).
- Manage logistics claims and ERP/SAP system updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics/transportation, ideally within electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of transport regulations and documentation standards.
- Proficient in English, written and spoken.
- Experience in SAP systems, visual management and continuous improvement practices.
- Continuous improvement orientation (Lean/Kaizen exposure is an advantage).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration and strong ownership and ability to work independently.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making under time pressure.
