Head of Outsourcing Operations (Greece)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Outsourcing Operations to lead a team of approximately 80 accounting professionals across AR, AP, GL functions. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, team performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and teams in AP, AR, GL
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of accounting and reporting services.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for key stakeholders.
• Monitor and drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee resource planning, workforce management, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in accounting outsourcing, BPO, shared services, or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, month-end close, statutory accounting, and reporting processes.
• Proven experience managing large teams (50+ employees).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience driving KPIs, operational excellence, and process improvements.
