· One (1+) years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support

· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

· Strong communication skills and ability to effectively identify situations with dissatisfied customers

· Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to understand, interpret, and follow company policies and procedures.

Skills:

· Plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.

· Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.

· Acquire, organize, protect and process data to fulfill business objectives.

· Select and deploy the appropriate office system and to use it to optimum effect.
