Job Description – Focus Controller Manager

Position Summary

The Focus Controller Manager is responsible for leading financial controlling and performance management within manufacturing operations, ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making, while driving digitalization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead factory controlling activities, including KPI monitoring, cost analysis, and financial performance tracking.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage plant P&L, inventory controlling, and capital expenditure reporting.
  • Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Drive finance digitalization through automation and process improvements.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, P&L, and financial reporting
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
