- Randstad Freelance - ArnhemRandstad Randstad Jobid=-4799028632077850031 (0.14945) - 5 years of working experience after Masters is required As Technical System Specialist responsible for multiple ciritcal assets of the DAF Mainframe infrastructure DAF's Mainframe serves as the backbone of its IT landscape. All automation processes and data flows across departments such as Operations, Parts, Finance, and Logistics rely on the Mainframe. Together with your team, you are responsible for several critical components of the DAF Mainframe environment: - Analyze and resolve Mainframe incidents, - Provide support to departments for Mainframe-related inquiries and requests, - Manage interfaces related to file transfers and printing, - Develop solutions to enhance our administration- and automation systems, ensuring alignment with Mainframe applications and processes, - Maintain and manage the Mainframe databases, - Contribute to innovation and modernization initiatives to improve accessibility, stability, and future readiness of the Mainframe, - Participate in standby/on-call shifts. Tools and Languages: Having knowledge of all tools and languages is not mandatory, it is a pre.
