Our residents live with moderate to high frailty needs and a diagnosis of dementia. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing and independence through delivery of our dementia strategy.

You’ll lead the clinical team, working with Nurses to drive forward the clinical excellence in the home, engaging with external agencies as and when required to ensure the best possible care for our residents. In addition, you’ll have a key role in the development of your nurse team and support of student nurses on placements.

If you want to be part of something truly special where there is opportunity to develop your career, we’d love you to apply. A member of our dedicated recruitment team will then be in touch to discuss the position in more detail. Informal discussions with our Clinical Managers and visits to the home can be arranged.
