Salary: 18,320 - 20,700 CZK per month

Employment type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

Hours per week: 20 (flexible working pattern for the successful candidate)

This role will operate on a remote working arrangement with occasional visits to our Prague office. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About our Department

At Arden University, we’re dedicated to providing students with everything they need to excel in their studies—all in one place! The Language Hub supports students with Academic English at all Arden campuses and the German language provision in Berlin.

About the Opportunity

As a Language Hub Administrator, you will support German language provision and Academic English services at the University. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate classes, maintain accurate systems, and communicate with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. This role will suit someone who enjoys organisation, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑moving academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative support for German and English language provision

Timetabling and enrolment coordination

Data and record management

Communication with stakeholders across the University

Student support for Language Hub users

Support for new projects and service development

About You

You will be organised, proactive, and comfortable working with international students and colleagues. You will enjoy keeping processes running smoothly and can adapt quickly when plans change.

Skills & Experience

Administrative experience in a busy environment

Clear communication with different teams and stakeholders

Student‑facing experience

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent English; German proficiency is an advantage

Initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment
