The Opportunity

As a Front of House Concierge Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a warm welcome while maintaining a safe, secure environment.

As part of this role, you will provide a professional, client‑facing presence at reception. The role is focused on customer service, contractor management, and supporting the Facilities Manager and wider site team.

Your duties include (but are not limited to)

Act as a client‑facing presence, providing a welcoming and professional service to occupiers, visitors, and contractors

Deliver a high standard of customer service, responding to queries and issues in a courteous and proactive manner

Assist with front‑of‑house activities where required, ensuring site standards are maintained

Escalate incidents or concerns in line with site procedures

Carry out security duties including access control, monitoring alarms, and incident reporting

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

Valid SIA Licence

Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history

Punctual and reliable

Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience

Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)

Highly intuitive with a curious mindset

Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
