About the role

As an SAP Consultant/Tester, you will take part in developing and maintaining the high quality of our products operating in SAP environments. You will combine functional testing of our solutions (frontend and backend) with delivering product updates on client systems. Working across SAP On-Premise, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud environments (SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll), you will contribute to solutions built, among others, on SAP UI5. Which tasks can you expect?

•

Performing manual testing of frontend applications in the SAP UI5 environment

•

Conducting manual testing of backend applications in SAP HCM and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

•

Creating, maintaining, and executing test cases and test scenarios

•

Analyzing test results, identifying issues, and reporting defects

•

Close collaboration with the development team and the business/product team

•

Providing support in building test strategies and improving QA and release processes

•

Performing updates and deployments of new product versions on client systems

•

Supporting clients during upgrades and post-update testing

•

Verifying the correct functioning of solutions after deployment

What do you have to offer?

•

1–3 years of experience in manual testing of IT systems

•

General understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle

•

Ability to write test cases and reliably report defects

•

Basic knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will be a strong advantage

•

Strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to view systems from the user’s perspective

•

Out-of-the-box thinking that helps identify non-obvious issues

•

Good command of English (working in an international environment, participation in meetings)

Nice to have

•

Experience in test automation (e.g. Selenium, UIPath, Playwright)

•

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Java, Python) for test automation

•

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Mantis)
