Job description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for coaching and achieving results? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team while ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, Motivate & Develop: Take ownership of team performance, setting clear targets and expectations through daily briefs, visual performance tracking, and regular feedback.

Performance Management: Identify underperformance early and implement tailored coaching plans, including structured 1:1s, development goals, and follow-up actions to drive improvement.

Quality & Compliance Oversight: Monitor QA scores, cancellations, and complaints, proactively addressing issues to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.

Operational Leadership : Manage holiday approvals, shift swaps, and absences in line with HR policies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Data Accuracy & Lead Management: Ensure all client data is handled securely and accurately, with leads managed efficiently to maximise conversion opportunities.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Play an active role in recruitment activities, including interviews, assessment days, and onboarding to build a strong, capable team.

Proven experience in leading sales teams within a regulated environment

Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing talent

Excellent organisational and communication abilities

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Confidence in managing performance metrics and compliance standards
