Billing Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Billing Administrator to join our Revenue Assurance & Billing team. This role is at the heart of ensuring our partners receive accurate, timely billing for telecoms and IT services.

You don’t need prior billing experience — we’re much more interested in your attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. If you’re confident with numbers, comfortable using Excel, and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

•

Supporting the delivery of accurate and timely monthly billing

•

Working with data to check, validate, and resolve discrepancies

•

Investigating and responding to billing queries

•

Building strong relationships with internal teams and partners

•

Producing reports and identifying trends or improvements

•

Helping to improve processes and ways of working

•

Taking ownership of tasks and managing your own workload effectively

Your Experience

•

Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels

•

Good numerical ability and attention to detail

•

Comfortable working with Excel and learning new systems

•

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

•

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

•

A problem-solving mindset and high level of accuracy
