The Sr. Marketing Specialist – Regional Marketing, NA, will develop, implement, manage, and execute regional marketing plans to strengthen product brands, enhance lead generation, drive sales pipeline and customer retention, and increase brand awareness across North American markets, serving as a critical connector between event strategy, cross-functional management, and marketing execution—optimizing regional content, campaigns, and assets to drive engagement, pipeline, and business impact across events, tradeshows, and customer programs. This role will be based in-office, currently 3 days per week in the Morrisville, NC area.

All activities will be tied to an overarching Global Marketing Strategy contributing to achieving company growth goals. Function as a subject matter expert for regional market and campaign activities. Reinforce global corporate brand through all initiatives, with the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, global, AI-enabled marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute multi-channel regional marketing programs through entire customer journey, to include campaigns, website and social promotional activities, press releases, promotional materials, ads, webinars, events, development of prospect lists by persona, country, product groupings, and run customer communications, and/or other activities.

Establish relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements integrated marketing campaigns aligned with best practices to support sales and NA market efforts.

Event & Trade Show Marketing

Lead and support integration of marketing initiatives tied to key events, including tradeshows, regional events, and customer programs.

Develop and align content, messaging, and campaign assets to ensure readiness across stakeholders and channels.

Ensure event-driven activities are fully integrated into demand generation strategies.

Demand Generation & Funnel Management

Drive lead management, including capture, nurturing, and coordination of leads to ensure sales and marketing best practices and business growth.

Brand & Quality Alignment

Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.

Ensure all materials are aligned with internal review processes, QARA regulations, and reviewed by digital marketing for alignment to brand.

Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.

Digital Asset Management

Organize and maintain multimedia assets within the digital asset management system (Brand Central) and approvals within the designated storage location (Files Hub).

Ensure assets are properly tagged, version-controlled, and accessible across global teams.

Cross Functional & Global Collaboration

Work in close alignment with the global digital marketing vertical, with other regional marketing verticals, and with GTM vertical to support wider marketing activities.

Align cross-functionally with sales, product, and business development to ensure timely decisions on campaign direction, content, and asset development tied to events and marketing initiatives.

Performance, Analytics & Budget Management

Measure the effectiveness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution of campaigns, ads, events, and tradeshows.

Continually optimize funnel performance for each channel and campaign; forecast, track, monitor, and analyze success and ROI of all regional marketing activities and provide input to plan adjustments in order to optimize return on marketing investment.

Effectively manage allocated marketing spend in line with the growth and business strategy and make a positive impact on regional NA market planning. Continually evaluate and adjust budget spend aligned with which activities drive business impact.

Leverage data and analytics to drive evidence-based marketing science strategies that optimize commercial performance and customer engagement.

Market Awareness & Continuous Improvement

Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to recommend bold, creative ways to strengthen the brand and campaigns.

Work to build closer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and NPS score, create demand, and improve regional market understanding.

AI-Enabled Responsibilities (Core to Role)

Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and performance optimization, including generating and testing creative variations.

Utilize AI-driven insights and CRM/marketing automation platforms to enhance targeting, segmentation, lead scoring, pipeline visibility, and campaign performance.

Develop and apply repeatable AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Apply AI tools responsibly, ensuring

Compliance with brand, regulatory, and data privacy standards.

Accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of generated content.

Test, adopt, and support the integration of AI tools into creative workflows and share learnings and best practices with the team.

Required Experience & Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.

3-5 years experience in marketing communications and campaign creation.

Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Demonstrated experience working in a corporate or agency environment.

Experience supporting or coordinating trade shows, customer events, or conferences.

Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in regional marketing focused on content generation, lead generation, awareness campaigns, and supporting product launches/releases/EOL/EOS.

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking.

Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to inform optimization decisions.

Preferred Experience & Education

Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience.

Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.

Ability to communicate with and present to clinical and technical experts and leadership.

Experience with laboratories, medical devices, or healthcare information systems.

Experience in event-driven pipeline generation strategies (pre-event, at-event, post-event).

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $85,000 - $110,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a normal office or setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
