Project Buyer

We are looking for a driven and communicative Project Buyer to join our team. This is a key role in a dynamic supply chain environment, where you will act as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and suppliers worldwide. You will balance structured processes with problem-solving in a fast-paced setting, contributing to both day-to-day purchasing operations and long-term supply chain improvements.

Responsibilities

•

Negotiate project-specific purchase orders based on agreed terms, conditions and price lists

•

Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures

•

Build and maintain supplier relationships with clear and formalized communication

•

Monitor and ensure suppliers meet agreed delivery performance targets

•

Collaborate closely with colleagues on procurement-related tasks

•

Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement

•

Prepare and manage purchase orders end-to-end

•

Communicate supply risks and issues that may impact business operations

•

Actively contribute to the organization's digitalization journey

Qualifications

•

Proven procurement experience with a structured and commercial mindset

•

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

•

Analytical approach with demonstrated problem-solving ability

•

Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and deliver on set targets

•

Commercial and financial awareness

•

Adaptable to shifting business needs and customer demands

•

Familiarity with SAP

•

Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
