🤓 The role
We are looking for an IT Purchaser to join the CA Indosuez Group Procurement organisation — a key role at the heart of a global IT ecosystem .
You will support hardware and software procurement across multiple entities, working in a truly international environment. This is a high-impact position , where your ability to interact with IT managers and understand their needs will be essential.
👉 Important: this role focuses on IT purchasing (hardware, software, licenses, services) and does not cover external staffing / consulting providers .
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
•
Act as a trusted partner to IT managers , understanding their needs and guiding them through procurement processes
•
Manage software licenses, maintenance agreements, and IT purchasing activities
•
Oversee the full contract lifecycle (renewals, amendments, compliance)
•
Run RFP processes in line with Group procurement standards
•
Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to risk control
•
Maintain and develop the supplier base for IT categories
•
Work closely with Finance and Legal to secure and structure contracts
•
Contribute to cost optimization and performance improvement (benchmarking, analysis, savings initiatives)
•
Support continuous improvement of procurement practices across entities

Strong IT procurement expertise
•
Solid experience in IT procurement (hardware, software, licenses, cloud, services)
•
Good understanding of IT environments and how IT teams operate
•
Ability to quickly grasp technical needs and translate them into procurement actions
Business partnering mindset
•
Excellent communication skills — you know how to engage with demanding stakeholders
•
Ability to challenge, advise, and influence IT managers
•
Comfortable working in a global and matrix organization
Analytical & execution skills
•
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and value creation
•
Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously with accuracy
•
Hands-on approach with strong ownership
Tools & languages
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
•
Fluent in French
•
Good command of Portuguese & English
