This role serves as a key bridge between the creative vision of Team Liquid’s talent and the organization’s commercial opportunities. Beyond day-to-day talent management, this position focuses on identifying creator insights, developing creator-led commercial opportunities, and transforming talent ideas into scalable sponsored content initiatives, branded activations, and long-term partnership opportunities.

Working closely with creators and internal teams, this role helps shape how creator concepts, livestream formats, events, and community engagement opportunities can evolve into commercially viable products and campaigns.

This is a highly hands-on role within a fast-moving environment, requiring a direct presence during shoots, productions, livestreams, and live events to help ensure high-quality campaign execution and partner deliverables across all stages of activation.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil. Candidates must be available for onsite collaboration at our São Paulo office at least three days per week.

Ensure all contractual obligations, branding requirements, and commercial deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule during productions and live events

Operate flexibly across evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel schedules based on production and event requirements

Brand Compliance & Cross-Functional Partnership

Monitor creator channels, public appearances, and campaign executions to ensure proper use of partner tags, logos, apparel, and brand guidelines

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, BMC, Production, Legal, Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and communication alignment

Identify operational risks proactively and implement solutions quickly during productions, campaigns, and live activations

Help improve internal workflows, talent operations, and creator campaign execution processes
