You’d be joining a team of over 250 passionate, ambitious people - across the UK, Europe and US - building a category-leading FinTech product with the mission to improve the lives of millions.

The Opportunity

Forget staring at spreadsheets or sitting through endless Zoom calls all summer. If you are a graduate or early-career professional looking to build, real-world communication and commercial skills, this is your launchpad.

We are looking for high-energy Retail Engagement Interns to be the face of Stream on the ground. You’ll be hitting the road, visiting major retail hubs, and introducing an innovative financial wellness platform directly to the frontline workers who benefit from it most.

Own Your Territory: You aren't just an intern; you're leading your market, executing a high-velocity field marketing campaign.

Master the Pitch: Walk into busy retail environments, command the room, and get retail teams fired up about using Stream.

•

Map the Road: Take complete control of your schedule. You’ll strategically map out your weekly routes across your hub, optimizing your impact like a true Account Executive.

•

Fuel the Strategy: Act as our eyes and ears on the ground. You'll report directly to our Growth Team with insights that will help shape our global marketing playbook.

Location

This role is open to candidates already residing within one of the below six regional hubs. You must be based in or around your designated hub city to cover local client stores within that cluster. Remuneration is competitive and reflective of your location.

Desired Skills

•

The Wheels & Will: A valid driver’s license, access to a reliable car, and a love for the open road.

Unstoppable Energy: You are charismatic, comfortable in your own skin, and possess high energy in person. You'll be working independently, so self-motivation is your superpower.

Retail Roots: You have some retail experience under your belt—any format counts! Because you know what it’s like on the shop floor, you’ll easily connect with the retail teams you visit.

Multilingual Edge: Bilingual in Spanish and English. You can seamlessly switch between languages to connect with, support, and inspire diverse retail audiences.

Weekly rate reflective of your location

Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate ($0.70/mile)

$50/month phone and data allowance

Hotel costs covered where overnight stays are required
